@ Ryo - You can always make another taskbar at the top of your screen. You know, once you hover the mouse to the top, the taskbar will appear and you'll click on the program you want. I used that system back when I had XP.

I could do that, I guess, but I would rather have my desktop as it is... It's not like it ever sits at the desktop anyway, I always have something up. XD

As for the icons, well, I like to see the desktop clean, including free from icons. What can I say, I'm a clean person XD

Here is my new Desktop. I understand now why Firey likes to keep his desktop so clean. To be honest, it works and I feel much relieved now when I turn on my PC :p. The first one is my desktop - under normal conditions. The second one shows both of my toolbars if Auto-Hide is disabled.

To be honest, whenever I visited my desktop earlier with all the icons crawling all around the walls of my desktop, I really could not point why I felt cumbersome everytime I looked at my desktop. After using your remedy, I understood what the problem is. But I have new problem now XD. I'm kind of in love with the wallpaper (because it's Opeth, duh XD), and I keep staring at my desktop, while listening to songs, hiding the mouse at the edge of the screen XD.

This is windows 7, I just don't like the ribbon thing so change it to look like classic. Also I set MSN to compatibility Vista, so it still has the icon in the task bar.

See how one of the gadgets is the stocks one? Its displaying the company which I have shares, which are red because they are falling /CRY
