Yeah, i did love 28 days later. Although i liked the start more then i liked the ending of the film. The scenes of a destroyed London were good. The movie had a really realistic end of the world atmosphere.
I wouldn't say it's sequel, 28 weeks later, was a good post apocalyptic film though. I thought the whole zombie (yes i know, they were "infected" not zombies) following his kids around thing kinda went against what made zombies scary in the first place. Kinda like what Twilight did to Vampires.

I've never seen Mad Max, but it's one of those films that i mean to watch, but always end up missing. Maybe i should order it on Lovefilm.

Other then that I am legend was another good post apocalyptic movie, one of those rare occasion where i prefer the movie to the book. In fact they could have marketed this as a completely different project if they changed the name of the main character, although that's not really the point of this thread.

I'm not quite sure of any other one's. Most of these types of movies are pretty bad *cough* Resident Evil *cough* and i've not seen a lot of them.
