Facebook Will End On March 15

Yup! Some of you might be shocked. Some of you might be relieved. Some might feel meh, couldn't be bothered about it.

Mark Zuckerberg announced that he will shut down Facebook in March.

Facebook pulled in $500million a week or so ago for him, I can't see him shutting it down. Especially since I'm pretty sure it was announced as the most popular social networking site. Mark Zuckerburg might have made a pretty penny off facebook, but I'm sure there's a lot more he can make off it before he comes close to wanting to shut it down :p

On the other hand, if facebook went down, I'm sure someone who create something identical to take it's place - if they could make it as successful they'd get Mark's pretty pennies instead :p

It would take a lot more than just "stress of the job" to have it shut down. It's more likely he'd step down from his position or take a back seat for awhile.

If you look at the comments, some of them are pretty funny - "Oh no without facebook I cant talk to my gf anymore".

We also can't forget the Farmville addicts - without facebook, all thier crops would be withered! Would there be a crop shortage? How would the cope?! =o

Of course you can! I, personally, think that this is all bullshit. Who would want to quit making billions of dollars? Apart from that, the site also is unreliable. Just look at other news! Obama's wife is pregnant, Micheal Jackson is spotted on the moon, we'll be attacked aliens! Huh! What a bullshit.

Well, yeah, that's a given. People in general like to spread discomfort to others in one way or another... But honestly, who in their right mind would believe stuff like "MAN FLIES ACROSS ATLANTIC ON PAPER PLANE" and "ATLANTIS FOUND ON GOOGLE MAPS!"

Just seems silly to me.
